The retail value of the project is estimated at US $8.9 billion. The immediate plans of the group are to develop cities in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennia, Mumbai, and New Delhi. RIRIC is developing Royal Garden City and Royal Garden Villas in Bangalore. In Mumbai the planned projects are the Garden Marina City and Financial Harbor.
