Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the function of Finance and Accounts.
- Financial accounting, management of working capital and corporate finance competence.
- Overall financial planning, which includes syndication of Term loans, Working capital Limits and other financial arrangement for new projects.
- Financial analyst for Bank Presentations to Banks Institutions worldwide.
- Interaction with Financial Institutions & Banks regarding reconciliation, meetings, loan re-scheduling etc.
- Assets financing from Banks and Financing Companies.
- Generation and follow-up of budgeting and costing and internal control MIS and its analysis.
- Finalizing of Agreements, Contracts, Memorandum of Understandings, Affidavits and other legal documents required in day-to-day functioning of the Company
- Oversee Income Tax returns and its assessments independently/or with consultants.
- Provide leadership for all tax /excise/other levies matters including certain commercial and legal functions.
- Leadership to matters concerning Property (Residential, Commercial and Agricultural)
Requirements:
- Leadership experience of overall financial planning for the group.
- Extensive experience in development and presentation of techno-finance proposals, feasibility reports will be preferred.
- Good understanding of financial implications, strong analytic focus and commercially very astute.
- Uncompromising integrity and ethical standards.
- Meticulous in approach and detail oriented.
- High IQ level.
- Preferably CA/ ICWAI from a leading university with Post Graduate Degree in Management, specialization in Finance.
- Excellent demonstrated networking with top management of leading Banks/FIIs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience:
Prior experience as CFO required.
