Career Description:
The job involves is to look after legal, finance, audit functions of organization.Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Company Secretarial function
- Keep abreast of the changes in the laws and regulations affecting the Company and Construction industry.
- Keep the concerned department informed on legal developments and issues related to their areas of functioning.
- Understand the issues/dispute in totality, review from the legal perspective to advise or decide an appropriate course of action.
- Handle all routine in legal area i.e. Trade Mark, Premises, Central Excise and routine commercial / functional matters.
- Ensure compliance with all routine Company law, SEBI, listing requirements including corporate governance for all legal entities as applicable.
- Maintain Statutory Registrar and filing the requisite forms with Registrar of Companies, Stock Exchange and SEBI.
- Obtain State and Central Government approval wherever required.
- Advice and assist on Excise and Customs matters at corporate level.
- Attending the adjudication proceedings for Indirect
- Taxation from commencement to Supreme Court level.
- Identify items for all legal entities requiring Board approvals and bring it to Board’s attention.
- Ensure that the Regulatory agencies receive required information, facts and documents in stipulated time.
- Organize AGM and Board meeting including preparing the notice and agenda, drafting minutes of the meeting for all the legal entities.
- Supervise the collection of data and collation of it for the Annual Report.
Requirements:
Qualified Company Secretary with legal qualification and possess expert knowledge of Company law, SEBI, Listing regulations, Excise laws and laws relating to construction industry. Must be experienced in MS-Word Good corporate /commercial background.Experience:
