Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to the functional responsibilities of Projects, Business development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR and Legal.
  • Owning the P&L, He/She plans and directs the organizationÕs policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Formulating Business Strategy/ Model & Development of Master/Action Plan for implementation.
  • Build an effective team that will implement the strategies and procedures and help drive the organization forward.
  • Work closely with the heads of different business lines and promote the business on a pan India basis.
  • Drive key strategic programs on scalability, cost effectiveness and making business future ready.
  • Performance monitoring, analysis and benchmarking of customer Service Delivery, information systems, across all facets of service including systems and products.
  • Evaluation of projects, identifying and selecting new project development opportunities, finalizing project cost / benefit analysis at project decision points.
  • Development of fund generation programs through Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) and Public Private Partnerships (PPP).
  • Development and presentation of techno-finance proposals, feasibility reports, etc for the Domestic and International Government Authorities, Statutory Bodies, Associations, Private & Public CorporateÕs for business negotiation.
  • Project finance, technical tie-ups and bid for new ventures /business possibilities and conclude contracts in any sectors, independently, to further enhance international capability/ credibility/ marketability of products and services.

Requirements:

  • An immaculate experience of over 20 years, with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Expertise of stewarding a diverse and senior executive force across various responsibilities.
  • Coordinated exposure in technical, projects, finance, marketing, HR and legal aspects covering real estate, construction, urban services, infrastructure, transportation, e-commerce, agriculture & health sectors.
  • Strategic vision and strong leadership qualities especially with the ability to lead teams through periods of difficult change are desired and preferred.
  • Meticulous in approach and detail oriented.
  • High IQ level and can think out of the box.
  • Civil/Structural engineer from a top university with Post Graduate Degree in Management and overall knowledge of urban planning/development/architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong peopleÕs person with an ability to lead large teams.
  • Good understanding of financial implications and commercially very astute.
  • Approachability, mentoring and coaching are hallmarks of a very good candidate.
  • Excellent contacts with State Government machinery will be a tremendous advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate business in India with deeper understanding of local policies will be a huge bonus.

Experience:

Over 20 years - Candidate having prior experience in Construction Company will be preferred.
