Career Description:

  • Head the real estate acquisition function for the company.
  • Responsible for project planning, allocation of space/open land towards implementation of the assigned project.
  • Negotiation/Finalization of terms & conditions regarding Rental/License Fees.
  • To understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to real estate acquisition and right-of-way programs.
  • Knowledge of eminent by-laws as codified.
  • Knowledge of appraisal policies and laws.
  • To work collaboratively with other Real Estate Services disciplines.
  • Conduct complex property negotiations.
  • Meet with community and public groups, and public officials.
  • Consult with State and local officials on matters applicable to the assigned area.
  • Determine properties values, lease rental rates.
  • Handle complex sales, leases or conveyances involving air rights consideration, conservation easements, complex title issues and local and state regulations.
  • Perform production oversight of real estate acquisition assignments to ensure timely appraisal, acquisition, relocation and property management functions.

Requirements:

  • An immaculate experience of 15 to 20 years in acquisition and consolidation of land parcels.
  • Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative financial and market analysis, transaction negotiation, relationship development and management, and associated support functions.
  • Knowledge of real estate principle and practices.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, co-workers and the public.
  • Ability to negotiate real estate transaction agreements, and make prompt settlements.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Civil/mechanical engineer from a top university with Post Graduate Degree in Management.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in real estate, urban planning, business administration, or public administration, accounting, and professional or technical experience in community redevelopment, urban planning, economic planning, project administration, land management, abstract and title work, property management, or the sale, acquisition or appraisal of real estate.

  • Experience:

    10-15 years - Candidate having prior experience in Construction Company will be preferred.
