Career Description:
- Provide leadership to the function of Marketing & Sales.
- Build RIRIC brand nationally and internationally as a leader in real estate industry.
- Develop and manage the execution of the regional sales strategy and resulting action plans to win profitable business for the company.
- Responsible for the leadership, direction, professionalism and productivity of the sales force.
- Work with the Business Management teams to develop geographic, sector and account strategies, and to translate these into sales and opportunity strategies, and manage the effective execution of such.
- Develop and implement strategies and objectives to address the needs of global multi-site corporate and / or horizontal/vertical channels, to achieve sales quota, new business opportunities, and the increase of customer satisfaction.
- Finalize sales targets necessary to achieve as defined by the companyÕs financial objectives with other disciplines and partners.
- Manage overall sales activity through managers or a team of sales professionals.
- Be a key influencer of CEO relationships as part of an agreed overall contact strategy with the customer.
- Built strategic alliances/ channel partners and create win-win partnerships by assessing needs, discovering niches in the market.
Requirements:
- International Sales and Account Management responsibility.
- Possess a demonstrable track record of success within real estate industrial sector.
- Significant number of years experience in a Marketing & Sales function.
- Sales and account management leadership in an international, matrix environment.
- A strong understanding of the power/influence and cultural structure of the region.
- Leadership skills in managing, motivating and coaching in a matrix structure.
- Ability to build good relationships with people at all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrable influencing and negotiation skills at board level.
- Culturally aware and able to manage political or cross-functional issues.
- Strong commercial acumen, financial skills and experience of delivery against a P&L.
