Responsibilities:

• Fund Marketing, Networking and Opportunity Sourcing
  
• Negotiating and closing deals
  
• Providing ongoing post investment assistance
  
• Monitoring, Reporting and Corporate Governance
  
• Facilitating exits
  
• Fund raising

Requirements:

• Ten or more years of proven professional experience including the fields of operations, consulting and financial services. Minimum five years of investment experience with a traditional venture capital or private equity fund.
  
• MBA or equivalent work experience with a bachelors degree
  
• Demonstrated strengths in research, market & financial analysis and communications.
  
• Demonstrate experience in structuring deals and exits. (Convertible stock, etc)
  
• Must be comfortable in a diverse cultural and rural setting
  
• Demonstrated interest in social responsibility or community development
  
• Experience with India and Indian businesses a plus
